Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused/unopened items within 7 days of purchase.

  • To request a return for a refund or for an exchange: please contact our Support Team.
  • Please Note* Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels and will not be reimbursed for the cost of that label.
  • If you purchased your products and they arrive defective please contact us immediately. 

Defective Products:

If one of the products you receive is defective and/or leaking, please reach out to us with pictures of the damaged items and the package they came in within 7 days of purchase date. Our team will review your pictures, if eligible we will send a replacement out on your next order. The replacement item will be the same flavor and brand providing we have it in stock. 

We do not send out replacements without a second order being placed.

All orders placed through will require a 21+ signature.
