Information we collect

When you shop with us, we collect information you provide directly: name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers), along with basic device/browser information and how you interact with our site, to keep it running well and improve it.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, and verify you meet the legal age requirement
To send order updates, shipping confirmations, and (if you opt in) marketing emails
To prevent fraud and comply with age-verification and tobacco-sale regulations
To improve our site, products, and customer support

Age verification data

We use a third-party age verification service to confirm you're 21 or older before completing a purchase. This may involve checking your information against public records. We do not use this data for any purpose beyond age and identity verification.

Sharing your information

We share information only with the vendors who help us run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, our age-verification provider, and email/marketing platforms, under contracts that limit their use of your data. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can review or change your choices at any time on our Opt-out preferences page, or disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site (like checkout) may not work correctly without them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email, and you can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
