Processing time
Orders placed before 3:00pm ET on a business day ship that same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
- Standard shipping (2 to 4 business days): $8.99, or $6.99 on orders from $70 up to $100.
- Expedited shipping (1 to 2 business days): flat $12.99.
Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not from the order date. Rural addresses and some regions may take an additional 1 to 2 days.
Age verification
We verify that every purchaser is 21 or older at checkout. Keep a valid photo ID handy in case the carrier asks for it when your order arrives.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most U.S. states. A small number of states and territories restrict or prohibit shipment of vapor products by law; if your address falls under one of these restrictions, you'll be notified at checkout before any charge is made. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check status any time on our Rastrear pedido page.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or it's been delayed well beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
