Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
Qué no se puede devolver
For hygiene and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Disposable vapes that have been used, even briefly
- Opened e-liquid bottles
- Opened nicotine pouch tins
- Any product not in its original, resellable condition
These items can still be returned or replaced if they arrive defective or damaged, see below.
Artículos defectuosos o dañados
If a product doesn't work out of the box or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo/description of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no need to ship the item back in most cases.

- Contáctanos with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll email you a prepaid return label if the item qualifies.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days.
